Ms. Matthews helped me understand that it is okay to feel sad and lonely.  In that process, she also guided me in ways to acknowledge to find validation within myself and ways to cope with my thoughts.

I was introduced to Ms. Matthews by my sister-in-law.  My husband transition to his final resting place this year.  It has been a difficult time for me.  I called Ms. Matthews and her spirit of accepting my call was wonderful.  She helped and encouraged me and referred my to a book called, "The Compassion Code".  Iaam so glad I made this decision.
